well, he didnt use physical force against the two women, he was busy masturbating. therefore, the only reason for them not to walk out of the door if they are disgusted and not consenting to watching his penis is if he blocked the door while masturbating.

Not sure what you are advocating, when a crazy start to masturbating front of you it's already too late, you will keep the image in your head for a while.
in the same way I doubt the woman, alone, will come closer to him to be able to open the door, she may probably stick in a corner of the room, probably scared.
