While I love to see Trump again as president (because he is literally the funniest), I also like to see him being asked some difficult questions.

What kind of documents actually get the "top secret" label? What percentage of these top secret documents could realistically cause major harm if they fell into the wrong hands?

I have no doubts some of these contain highly confidential material, but there may be other (rather technical) reasons that lead to such a classification. Who has some more detailed insights on this?
