I was somewhat willing before to assume that the previous witness who perjured himself about the distance between Rosen and Ritten was just harboring his own personal bias or bad analysis and the fact he was related by blood to half the democratic officials of Kenosha, his family tree being the mayor and judge and other attorneys- was just coincidence, or at worst just indicative of an upbringing that could lead to his political bias. But after this last exchange, its pretty good odds the prosecutors suborned perjury from their buddy.

I just tuned in for a recap, it was an intermission and the judge was reading a cookie cook book.

I love the reactions of the lawyers on the left. I seen one where the dude said he was pointing his gun at Rittenhouse before Rittenhouse fired on him and the faces were like WOAH and even the stenographer had a reaction.

I would think as a prosecutor you wouldn't take offence to what a witness said and go after someone like that on the stand. That did not seem like an advantageous thing to do.

Terrible preparation. These prosecutors haven't had a single witness answer questions in a way they expected them to.

My hope is that this is all wrapped up by Friday, tbh.

I think any impartial jury who watched this testimony would have no choice but to be willing to convict the prosecutors, and not particularly care on what grounds
No really who thought it was a good idea to try to browbeat the autismo witness and accuse him of profiteering, only to find out he's rain man not simple jack
