Where do you keep finding all these screenshots, and why do you keep posting them as if they contribute to the thread?

We all know that most of them simply lack the discipline and/or willpower to do something about it, since following a diet and losing weight is not as easy as it sounds. All the pathetic self-pity and delusions are a result of their own cognitive dissonance, which is a well documented psychological phenomenon -- so there's no reason to shame them for that either. Many of these people have some sort of depression/anxiety/insecurities/general bad stuff going on in their lives

Now you found a story where a dude cried when being confronted with the problem he can't face, let alone overcome. What new perspective does this give you in the minds of the morbidly obese?

That guy would need to lose a lot more than 15 pounds to see that transformation. The women would also be looking at 200+

I feel like I drop 15 pounds when I stop drinking soda while my wife does an hour of cardio, hour of weights, and barely eats 1k calories a day and gets a lot less in terms of gains.

Maybe that guy lost 30 pounds. Personally my weight fluxuates quite a lot and I hate it. It recently found out I had some weird stuff going on that has ramifications for weight and mood. Taking some vitamin d supplements really helped, something about having too much calcium in my blood due to the Sun not activating the part of the body that produces vitamin d...or something like that. It is related to thyroid function. You get to 40 years old and You have to worry about things like thyroid function and getting enough fiber.

But you have to agree that those comparisons are disingenuous. And people always get mad at you when you seriously improve yourself and try tear you down. People are afraid to own up to their envy.

what you eat/drink is more important than exercise for losing weight, thought this was known

you need exercising, and you need healthy food too, and lots of other things ... which you probably don't have ... cause you too busy stockpiling money ... and wasting your life for that money
