Sanders and Trump aren't pro-Washington Consensus.

Electing a president that isn't pro-Washington Consensus is unconscionable. That is why before the primaries even started the press was pushing the narrative of Clinton vs. Bush without caring what the people want, and why Sanders has to "recover from the devastating loss of winning twenty states" and Trump gets grief for raising money for veterans.

Even Obama for all his Doveish speeches and attitudes pushed the Washington Consensus with gusto, doubled down on Reagan era economic policies like QE3, and used US troops to liberalize markets like the past dozen presidents have.
