Ok, so throw out polling data. it doesnt change my point.
if Ben Shapiro goes on his podcast and calls for more war in gaza and the people to be removed forcibly he deserves criticism, correct? and if someone in his comment section supports that they deserve to be criticized, correct?
if Lindsay Graham or Ted Cruz say it on the senate floor they deserve criticism. If Bill Ackman says it at a televised conference, same, correct?
the whole polling data is a misnomer anyways, as people aren't exactly blaming all jews anyways if they have an IQ over 50. jews and evangelicals are being criticized not for what people think their opinions are, its for the opinions they freely admit to and are proud of.
now im the one lost on what your point is. i dont disagree with anything in your post, it just doesnt have much to do with what we're talking about. AI videos of food stamps dont have much to do with Ben Shapiro calling any criticism of Israel antisemitism, nor the topic of this thread generally.
Did I ever say that you shouldn't criticize people for being bad? The problem is when people generalize populations as a whole based on bad apples such as Shapiro. They all do the same thing against Christianity. They see some "Christian" doing things that Christians shouldn't do and they go "see all Christians are bad". The most annoying part is when they ignore the New Testament altogether and look at the Old Testament only, but these are people that argue without understanding any of it. This is also why I think Religion should be separate from state because politicians don't understand Christianity and ruin its image as a result. You also can't force someone to join your religion, they have to by choice.
