There's a very real chance some of my own handiwork is currently on display in congress as proof of russian meddling.
Consider that for a moment.

You can't just claim 4chan memes are proof of Russian interference because people are anonymous. This is approaching monsters-are-due-maple-street levels of paranoia.
These are 4chan memes being presented in congress as Russian efforts. We have proof they came from 4chan, and we know its impossible to determine who posted them to 4chan because that's the whole point of the site.
That means their supposed evidence is bubkiss, speculative and almost certainly wrong, because this is a derivative of a popular meme format of the time.
