There's a 99% chance that's false, and as it happens the ABA rules actually say its a pretty damning offense for a lawyer to impugn a sitting judge with these kinds of slanders, so it would also be Avenatti's disbarment. Although California is the one state that doesn't technically have that rule for lawyers explicitly, a more vague one about disrespecting judges instead.

I mean, they jumped from "Kavanaugh has the most spotless record" to "Kavanaugh might have groped me for a few seconds" to "Kavanaugh slapped my face with his penis except I didn't see it happen" to "Kavanaugh is a serial gang rapist"
