I could care less about the content of the video. I didn't watch it, I have no idea what he said or didn't say. I noticed it yesterday conspicuously present when I was looking up the PLD video after reading about it on the news, and just checked the comments and noticed people complaining its a paid promotion. Like everyone else here, I haven't watched Trevor Noah in a long time. You're really making quite the leap there considering trevor managed to kill his show before Trump became a serious contender

well, i have already outlined one part of the solution
drive every single one of them out, if necessary by force (and yes, that also includes the use of firearms as last resort) its unacceptable how many officers from spain and morocco get injured on a regular basis (http://www.thelocal.es/20170101/1000-migrants-storm-spains-ceuta-border-post) one guy lost an eye at the new years outrage
make it clear to all those who try to storm the border, that their actions will never lead to their expected result
its unbelievable how (not only in this case) how illegal migrants get away with violence, any normal citizen would be crushed (and rightly so)
you would probably ask them kindly to leave? good luck with that

needless to say, if you let this happen you are encouraging these guys into thinking that you can just take what you want
this starts with entry, welfare comes next, more money and perhaps even women at some point

you know what the interesting part is? as so often, we actually agree on many of the issues. for example, i fully agree with you that we should put more effort into conveying the message that this is NOT the proper way to get into europe. however, i think the main focus should be to disincentivise it altogether (help them improve the situation in their home countries, make it harder to gain welfare access for ppl who REALLY just come here NOT to work and actively improve their lives, but live off the work of others).
i also agree that whoever is violent against border protection agents has to be punished and sent back. i do, however, not think that shooting human beings (not "scum" or whatever term you use to dehumanise them) for trying to get over a fence / wall is the right thing to do, we've been there before in history and it wasn't a great time.

all that being said though, a major difference between us is that i do NOT have the urge to call just ALL of them "scum" or "savages" or "well built illiterates" (my personal favourite since it reveals so much about your own insecurities) or "monkeys", whenever i see a video with africans trying to get into europe... funny how that works, right? despite our similar views. i wonder why that is... but hey, just keep pretending those are just "reasonable" characterisations and it has nothing to do with you being a bigot or anything...
