I'd be careful of criticizing FDR's decision to do that if I were you.

If any of the current candidates were going to place a race or population of people into internment camps as president, it would most certainly be Donald Trump.

And you would likely defend such action and say it is necessary for national security.

I would guess the population he might select would be Muslims during a potential war in the Middle East. He's already said he would consider monitoring Mosques so he's obviously suspcious about them and very serious about his concerns.

Would you argue that Sanders or Hillary Clinton would be more likely than Trump to put a particular race or population in internment camps? I think Trump would be the most likely to do this, as unlikely as any of them doing it might be.

I 100% knew you would try to draw me into the trap of saying Muslims are a race so you could criticize my point by saying Muslims are not a race. But I've seen to many Trump supporter posts and memes to fall for it.

That's why I said race or population of people, of which Muslims most certainly are. Are you really going to try and argue Muslims are not a population of people? They are most certainly a frquently used demographic that tend to share important characteristics with each other.
