This guy again

When countries that feel threatened by Russia actively seek out Nato membership and closer ties to the EU - of course it is NATO's fault and not Russia.

Explain your motive to me pls. Why do you support a country that is an extremely corrupt and brutal petro state that is renowned for its troll factories and hybrid warfare?

Committing war crimes on a daily basis supporting terrible regimes worldwide.

Is it just because you are anti everything?
Or what I find most convincing - you're on their payroll. You can admit it to me, I can keep a secret

This guy again lmao

Did you even check the date? Nope

We're talking early nineties the USSR broke up without a shot fired and Ukraine was a core member and enjoyed good relations with Russia, no one was treathening Ukraine. NATO broke their promises so they're to blame here it's clear as day.

Sucks for you that it hurts your feelings lad

And let me clear it up for you because you clearly don't get it: This war is partly YOUR fault because you're supporting shit like this and I don't.

EU shit lords

Holy shit, what? You can get up to 5 years in prison for simply sharing RT videos? I'm just curious what if it's a real video of some event or commentary that's factual? Just because the original was made by RT, and you decide to share it on like FB or Twitter you can get actual prison time for this? What the fuck is going in Europe?

The Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) clarified that distributing banned RT (Russia Today) videos can be subject to criminal prosecution, though the 5-year penalty is determined by individual member states' national laws (such as Germany's Foreign Trade and Payments Act), not the EU court. The Court of Justice of the European Union Press Release explains that the EU’s sanctions and broadcast prohibitions apply to anyone who operates a freely accessible website or platform that hosts and disseminates RT content. The Luxembourg-based court ruled that "operators" include any person who makes the restricted material available to the public, regardless of whether they make a commercial profit, or if the site is funded solely by voluntary user donations. This CJEU preliminary ruling originated from criminal proceedings in Germany, where three individuals were prosecuted for repeatedly reposting RT videos on a publicly accessible website

This is simply not true. Let me correct you. You can be jailed for up to 5 years if you share any information which originated in Russia, if you reside in Europe. It is not exclusive to media type (videos, shorts, interviews), it can be written or audio as well. So linking TASS news stories is now a criminal offence in Europe. As an example, if someone where to say : Putin congratulates Trump on USA 250, it could be problematic, as the source is from Russia. You might get away with it but you could be asked for your source. If there was such a headline on TASS (The Russian broadcaster) and you credited the source like this: MOSCOW, Jan 6. /TASS/ you would be criminally liable. Therefore if you live say, in Kansas, you can post what you want. because America is the land of the free.

The trend across the EU leans towards using binding legal frameworks with financial or punitive consequences to enforce compliance, whether the issue is migration or sanctions. The media law was upgraded across europe April 2024 after first being implemented in April 2022. The migrant law came into effect earlier this year.

I can understand if the video was doctored, whether through AI or other means and it was inflammatory. That's supportable akin to yelling fire in a movie theater. But sharing real footage whether of war or some other event? You don't like something being exposed so you threaten people with literal prison? Highly authoritarian.
