Its in the local police department arrest records. All of the districts that voted Obama in 2008 and 2012 have the highest amounts of gun crime.

Its directly proportional as well, the more percentage Democrat, the higher the crime rate

Doesn't sound like 90% to me. Sounds like a vague guess based on arbitrary stats and and assumption of causation.
