Once again the lefties couldn’t get Kavanaugh bounced out on his legal record either so they went with your preferred method - hoping that women were sexually assaulted.

Because if Gorsuch was appointed... it JUST made the SC... 4 conservative, 4 liberal and 1 swing vote.

But if Kavanaugh wins it will make the court 5 conservative and 4 liberal.

35 years - but this had to wait until the last minute. This is the biggest problem I have - that and Feinstiner sitting on this for 8 weeks. It's obviously political, and justice is a side project.
