Binger getting snappy with based grandma was a scumbag move and really sealed it for the jury. He's just spewing salt now and everybody knows it.

So all biases aside: What's the general opinion regarding charges and jury swing? Kyle getting a full acquittal, guilty on a weapons charge... What're we looking at?

I still see a weapons charge, rest gone, personally. But I also don't see any threat of riots. Too cold outside, so the relative safety for the jurors and courthouse would carry weight.

That's my general take as things stand. However, there is the exception, specifically for rifles, for persons aged 16 to 18, thanks to hunting. So it's possible he could get not guilty on all charges.

Just don't know though. Not familiar enough with what the questions were to the jury, I skipped selection day, so unsure whether they were screened for 2A attitude or not.
