Also if a gas like Air cannot be a shield to enclose the earth, a volume like the endless vacuum of space cannot enclose the earth because you can travel right through it. You need a solid to enclose something in order to deflect the force of going through the air.

but there is no air in space, that doesn't make sense... you are attributing the earth moving through air with every thing you say... you are likening it to a solid moving through a gas.... it's not... it's matter moving through emptiness.... the ONLY force that changes the direction of the earth moving through space is gravity.... the gravity of the sun is the ONLY thing preventing the earth from flying in 1 direction forever......... or until the earth would crash into another planet

Space is not empty - its made of 96% Dark matter and energy - look it up - we just have no clue what it is.

Also In the Heliocentric model the earth - which you think is traveling through space - is not really correct - it is surrounded by air and would be traveling through that.

Just look at the spin of the earth at 1000mph hour at the equator not only is the air being sucked to earth - but its relative to its direction as well, we are always spinning to the east and spinning around the sun to the east so the air is spinning at the same speed and direction , so how is it possible that you can fly in a plane in a westward direction at 500 mph though the air that is travelling to the east at 66,000 mph + 0-1000mph?

You cant because the earth is not moving.

the dark matter isn't directly outside of our atmosphere

Its almost like there is some type of shield the Earth has - to keep out the dark matter - they should probably figure out a name for this thing.
