If anyone needs evidence that the prosecution is getting outlawyered in the Rittenhouse case, they may have just forgotten to present evidence on one of the (non-criminal) charges: That Rittenhouse had violated Kenosha's curfew.

aside, i believe the defense just admitted to KR owning body armor previous to the Kenosha event, in an attempt to illustrate that Kyle was a nice guy to borrow it to someone, and to illustrate that he wasnt expecting confrontation therefore gave it to someone else. but the jury could see this fact as Kyle fitting the profile of a militia member. bit of an odd contrast.

Lawyers seem to make this mistake all the time, they let the witnesses tell the story and present the evidence but they dont bother actually explaining it to the jury.
