How delusional do you have to be to think Joe Biden is in any capacity coherent. Whatever Biden had in his prime, 10-15 years ago, is long, long gone. I mean, that’s the general consensus from pretty much everyone, on both sides of the isle, minus the few who are strong with the TDS. Not only is the guy not running his own election, but he has to be physically escorted around. The few times you see him in public, which is pretty rare because his entire campaign knows what a disaster he is speaking off the cuff, someone’s either holding his hand, or has their arm around his waist, steering him in the right direction, which is away from reports asking questions.
Joe Rogan commented on this very topic the other day.
“I believe also there’s a large group of people who are very uncomfortable with a man who seems to be mentally compromised winning the election, & doing so by hiding. I mean the mans never out, he was just at another thing the other day & he forgot where he was”
To your point, I concede Trump certainly has his own style of speaking, it’s strange, we all know this, & in his prime, Joe’s style was....concise & flowed better
