Count 7, the curfew violation, has been dismissed. The defense moved for it to be dismissed because the state put no evidence of it in front of the jury. (may have been an oversight by prosecution) Judge granted.

The prosecution seemed to think that the cops testimony that there was a curfew was enough evidence for the jury to deliberate on the charge.
