Also, yes, it can happen if vaccinated as well, but the vaccine helps in preventing severe illness, which in turn would prevent permanent damage. People ended up with permanent scarring of the lungs and need oxygen for life, blood clotting and coagulation issues on medicene for life now, permanent damage to heart scarring heart tissue. Heart cells are unable to regenerate. Some people had permanent damage to brain neurons. Permenant kidney damage and the need for dialysis, and the list goes on and on. These are just a few examples of life-long damage from covid infections. Considering you have a complete lack of understanding of anything pertaining to the human body, perhaps keep your "chit" ideas to yourself. It's pathetic. Also, to touch on the vaccine, yes, they did see some spread of spike proteins free floating in the blood, but it was infinitesimal compared to the amount of free floating spike proteins from actual infection.
