Racism doesn't really apply to this century any more. There might be a very few red necks and occasional slip of the tongue, if anything blacks and minorities are the racist ones. 98% of the population doesn't give a shit what colour of your skin is.

USA was predominantly white colony and there was slavery many years ago. So naturally blacks and minorities literally could not hold any form of power. Then slowly eventually all the creed, race, religion, sex was equalised in terms of opportunity.
Now there is hardly anything that stops you from getting a position of power/influence other then intelligence/hard work and people skills.

A huge percentage of Black people have a so called culture of perpetual violence, drugs, gangs, rap music and getting up to no good and you have people like yourself who want equal outcome and you trying to see race as a problem.

You are misinformed about racist means. The system in place is set for whites not minorities.
It is set to oppress minorities, that is racism. You can claim it is not relevant / does not exist but that is simply not true.
