An active nervous system that we can reasonably infer is conscious

Can you provide a source that details the "active nervous system" development and subsequent rationale for "consciousness" at 23 weeks?

I know I was just giving my $.02 on the “dead fetus” thing people like to say.

Also nobody on earth has even the slightest idea about consciousness so please fucking spare me where you try to say “at x weeks the baby gains consciousness”.
