for vape "smoke" to contain water vapor, it would have to have water in the vaping liquid. it does not. the liquid is propelene glycol, not water. there is no water vapor produced by vaping.

what i find is info that says water is in it. doesnt really fukn matter any way. the vapor passes right through a mask whatever it is and a reasonable person would recognize that as a problem. Unreasonable people would make a bich fest about the composition of the vapor and here we are.

what can i say????? info i find says water is in it. its a moot point any way and a weak excuse to avoid the obvious. what ever the vapor consists of it passes right through the mask and that makes the mask questionable as a virus barrier. that is if a reasonable thinks about it.

mask n95 which is supposed to be the "best" has pore size of 0.3 micron.

Does wearing a mask even do shit if the person wearing it has a beard? I have a beard and I always feel air coming out of the sides and underneath / upwards lol good luck getting everyone to be babyface

Less effective, but not zero effectiveness. Down and to the side and through your beard is definitely better than directly forward and unobstructed.
