Enter the Nurse practitioner. Most powerful online degree you can get in this country. You can be a practicing nurse in xyz field, decide you want to take it up a notch. Some good NP programs have screenings, but you will find some program that will take you if you’re willing to pay. Then you’re done and in a handful of states you can practice completely on your own. No board certifications required. If you get field of the field you’re in, you can just switch penalty free to another field. No residency required. Medical standards dropping all over the place until people actually start to get angry about subpar care, but most of the time they don’t know when they are or are not getting it.

This is already happening, Bernie will catalyze this transition. Your medical degree which you worked hard for, analogous to an online degree.
