Is it just me or does it seem like people do not realise that a 98% chance to win means there is a 2% chance to lose and that 2% is not zero.

98 is 100 to math deniers.

That would require a nuanced understanding of statistics and the n word is something that Trump supporters avoid at all cost.

Pretty sure the N word is the last word that Trump supporters would refrain from using.

lol

It's also funny because if you look at polling a week before the election the numbers swung massively towards Trump, but being so close they couldn't really be incorporated into the statistical models.

Honestly, the biggest takeaway is that polls are a snapshot, and can be drastically affected by things right before the election.

I believe. The problem started long before a few days before the election. Hillary wasn't the choice candidate of her party. I think the people made that quit clear. But it was rather given to her by the elites of her party. The way they conspired against Bernie. I truly believe sent people running. I myself am not affiliated with either party. As I'm a registered independent. I believe in voting in the best candidate no matter where they might land left, right, man or woman. With that being said. I would of voted for Bernie. Which seem like the best candidate in that beleaguered field. But once they stole it from him. I actually stayed home and didn't even vote. Because I felt neither Hillary or Donald was fit. Ultimately this was Democrats problem. They gave Trump the electoral.

They have a endless assortment as well. Living in pick up truck Pennsylvania. Which is Trump land. I'm really surprised at there creativity. It's like they've turned it into a sport! I said it weeks before the last election. I'm saying it again now. He's will win it again! Democrats can't seem to find there footing... And Biden is 1000% not there guy. He's more geriatric than trump

Thing is, it was such a narrow win that you can blame almost anything on Hillary's loss. The thing closest to the election though was the FBI's announcement.

Ted Lieu: "The reason, again, that you did not indict Donald Trump, is because the OLC opinion stating that you cannot indict a sitting president, correct?"

Robert Mueller: "That is correct."

The media has been laser focused on how Mueller didn't exonerate Trump, ever since the Russia Investigation showed no evidence of collusion. What's remarkable is that Mueller, like any other federal prosecutor, doesn't have any legal authority to exonerate. Exoneration is not even relevant to the law. There are indictments, convictions, sentences, and even pardons, yet no exonerations.

Despite apparent irrelevance, the slogans 'Mueller's failure to exonerate Trump' and the even more absurd, 'Trump obstructed justice,' (in a case where no crime was to be found) have dominated the media's headlines.

It seems, as Trump himself has stated for some time, this entire debacle is a nothing-burger, quite evidently, a witch hunt, and furthermore, a waste of 2 years.
