Actually my family were german, most of my family came over right after the great war, many of them went back to fight in world war 2.
My great grandfather hated jews until the day he died but he still fought the nazi's because he blamed them for destroying his homeland.
Just for the record my father was a white supremacist, took me a lot of years to get past his hate and form my own opinions.
