$774,876 has been raised for Collin's future opponent unless she votes no on Kavanaugh.

She won by 36.8 points last time, though. So it's an extreme long shot. She's pretty much a lock in her state, and she knows it.

I guess so. Just remember: Maine's 2nd congressional district has voted for Trump by 10 percentage points, and swung in the republican direction by I think almost 20 percentage points. Half of Maine is trending red, so even if there will be backlash against trump in 2020, it will probably be less pronounced in Maine than elsewhere.
I live in maine. Collins will still get reelected, BUT, she WILL lose a lot of support from women who crossed the aisle to vote for her. Maine is all Red except for southern maine (york and cumberland counties are very blue) and a very small pocket around the capital (augusta).
A lot of liberals already had a sour taste in their mouths from when she voted for the tax scam, and this is even worse. She wont get nearly as much support from liberals/women in the future now.
