As for the rise of ISIS, again they are not a particularly strong force, they have a an overall net worth of about 2 billion, and they have about 50,000 members worldwide. In comparison, the drug cartels in Mexico make between 30 to 50 billion in a year, and the Sinaloa cartel alone has around 100,000 members.

ISIS isn't a significant threat to Europe, however they are a serous threat to the unstable regions of Iraq, Syria, and Libya. The US is actually a more dangerous place than Europe, not because of terrorism but because of internal crime, which in part is related to the drug cartels
