Because if so i already addressed it, boat owners were charging fortunes to get a place on a shitty rubber raft that may not even make it to europe. So the huddled masses simply can not afford to travel. Syria has lost half of its population, it would likely lose much closer to 100% of it population except for combatants if an evacuation was offered. The fact that they are carrying cell phones and t-shirts is because of they had enough money to get on a raft while those who didnt have cell phones couldnt.

My point is that these people Are. Not. Refugees. They're illegal immigrants. This out pour of grief and empathy is so misplaced, so misguided, and so manipulated by the media.

Refugees are disheveled people who will accept any assistance and help they can get; they'll flee to any safe zone they can. These so-called media-labeled "refugees" are very picky about where they're choosing to flee. Are all of them exploiting soft Europe and fleeing to the welfare socialist states? No. But that's who I'm addressing, these supposed "refugees" FORCING their way into European countries. Sorry pal, but that's not refugees-like, that fits the bill of economic migrants bordering on passive invaders. They could flee to many other countries who'll grant them refugee haven. But no, they're after those soft, succulent European pastures because that's where the money is. Notice how no European leaders have had a referendum on this. The media keeps peddling their lefty bullshit, but if you look online there's a very different story. Have a referendum asking "Do you want more illegal immigrants to come to Germany or the UK?". In fact, try it with any country that's currently experiencing influxes of "refugees".



It's like this ^ simple concept fails to click with people. I have never seen people so gamed and played by the media. It's reasons such as this that I increasingly view the mainstream media as the true enemy. Their ability to manipulate, influence, and control information and public opinion is shockingly effective and frightening.

The fact of the matter is the British and French literally drew a straight line on a map using a ruler to divide up the Middle East. They specifically said at the time Arabs were better off as subjects of European colonies than they were as independent nations.

I don't understand why that's so difficult to understand. The events leading up to the creation of ISIS can easily be traced over the past 70 years.
