Yes i did read it. Every single one of those statutes, which by the way contain language to let prosecutors interpret them however they please, contain self defense clauses. You are clearly not understanding that brandishing a weapon in a self defense situation is not illegal. Nor would any prosecutor even try to charge someone in a situation of brandishing without a shot fired.
