There is no race ratio. That has been outlawed. A school or business does not have to maintain a percentage of minorities. Rather, minorities often have qualified individuals without the means to pay for education.

Scholarships started as a way to get minorities out of prisons/off the streets and into. universities. They are not something awarded to everyone, although in modern times, there have been scholarships created for more groups (like sports).

In other words, it's not about getting 50% of a school's population to be a minority. It's about. making sure the numbers of qualified minorities are proportionate to the majority of the population.

Even if we want to characterize Arabs as separate from Caucasians (which I don't agree with), the foundation of Western civilization lies in Roman and Greek thought, which was reacquired from monasteries and from contact with Islam. For the last few hundred years the Caucasian race has been responsible for almost every single major achievement and all major breakthroughs in technology and society.

Are we talking about white people or Caucasians?

I don't see Caucasians being a minority any time soon.
