The new tax plan, apparently. With the widening wealth gap, the lowering of taxes for corporations and upper class seems to be a controversial decision. Wasn't Trump also campaigning on eliminating loopholes? Where can we see that in this tax plan?

government spending should also be drastically cut when there are tax cuts

Where is this going to happen? The military budget didn't decrease, so we can only guess that those cuts on government spending are going to come from either education or healthcare. Neither of which will be a popular measure.

I'm not sure, it's rare governments cut spending but it is necessary for sure.

Trump is pulling all troops out of the Middle East though -- that should give your budget some relief.

The debt always goes up under Republicans. Trump is probably going to be the worst. We're going to need 24 years of uninterrupted Democratic control to fix the problems caused by Reagan, Bush, and Trump.

didnt the Democratic (D) party have control of at least one chamber of the legislative branch for 40 years straight??? that includes Reagan's term.
