Yea no thank you. I'm going to take the word of Israels own humanitarian organization that Israel is committing genocide over some instagramer.

Backed up with IDF soldiers admitting it.
backed up testimony from an american soldier who just did an interview supporting this conclusion.
Finally Israels closest ally and the US president has now said that there is indeed starvation and that "you cannot fake that".

B’Tselem isn’t a humanitarian group, it’s a political NGO. “115 organizations” signing a statement doesn’t make it fact, and cherry-picked soldier testimonies don’t prove intent. Genocide means a plan to destroy a people, Israel is supplying aid, evacuating the sick, and warning civilians. You can’t commit genocide while coordinating humanitarian relief. Even Biden hasn’t accused Israel of genocide only voiced concern about hunger. This is propaganda, not proof.

Read the report i linked to. The proof is in there but i'm guessing you don't want to concern yourself with that.

Genocide as described in the report is exactly what israel is committing.

Remember that Israel has been accussed of starvation since NOV 2024. This was when Bibi was issued the ICJ warrant of arrest for (amongst other things).
Only now, when the situation is so dire does Israel go out and say "there's no starvation" and run their campaigns. They should have done it from the start if it was true, and they should have let in journalists from the start to discredit all of this if it wasn't true.
All you have is IDF spoke persons and a few people on instagram claiming what we all see with our own eyes is not true but somehow hamas propaganda. It's utter nonsense.

Its not relevant to the issue at hand. The issue at hand is the intentional mass starvation of the Gaza Strip. Israel's government has sought and enacted collective punishment and we are now seeing what that means. The ends justify the means is what we are seeing. This is very very difficult. Some believe a terrorist attack two years ago endorses what we are seeing. Some do not believe what is happening is in any way tolerable.

Repeating a claim 115 times does not make it true. These NGOs echo each other, but none are courts, and none have proven the legal intent required for genocide.

The ICJ has not declared genocide. It allowed a case to proceed, which is standard legal procedure, not a conviction. As for starvation, Israel has allowed aid into Gaza throughout the war. Hamas has diverted and stolen that aid, using it to control the population. That is not genocide. It is a war against a terror group embedded among civilians.

Israel has restricted access to Gaza for foreign journalists since the war began. This lack of access has created a vacuum where Hamas-controlled narratives dominate. Local journalists operate under extreme danger and pressure. That does not make the information false, but it does mean much of it cannot be independently verified.

You can ignore official sources and trust anonymous or politically motivated testimonies, but that is not how truth or justice is established. There is no proven genocide, just a flood of accusations built on selective narratives and political goals.

Correct. The ICJ has not declared it a genocide, they have issued arrest warrants FOR genocide. So hopefully the Israeli government will turn it self over to investigation.
Israel stated as early as 10th october 2023 that NO FOOD, WATER OR ELECTRICTY would get into Gaza. The accussations from the ICJ was only made in Nov 2024.
If your leading political figures calls for displacement, war crimes, and make genocidal statements (which i believe you agree they have done) and then you see it reinacted it is in fact then genocide.
