The Obama administration had many of its FISA requests for wiretapping denied. Usually FISA requests are given out like candy. In order for the court to deny it to Obama, Obama would have had to do something REALLY stupid and corrupt.

Were wires tapped inside of Trump tower? It's reasonable to suspect so as Manafort was living at Trump tower and his wires were being tapped.

to be fair though: Trump tweeted that his wires were tapped. Which isnt the same as "Manaforts appartment inside trump tower" being tapped.

This. No reasonable person can conclude by that tweet Trump meant "Manafort's line in Trump tower was tapped!". It also just shows a total ignorance(surprise, surprise) of presidential power. Obama can't tap anyone's phones, but FBI officials doing good work under his administration can. So far there's been no evidence of wrongdoing by the Obama administration on this front.

Trump was absolutely correct that lines at Trump tower were being wiretapped. Trump is also reasonable in assuming that he was being recorded at Trump tower by these wiretaps(as Manafort had regular conversations with Trump within Trump tower on these tapped lines). Trump wasn't the direct target of the wiretapping at Trump tower. I'd give him about 80% on this one, far more than the initial responses at your favorite CNN.

When he says 'my lines' is it reasonable to assume he considers all lines within his building his lines?

First off, this was reported by fake news CNN, so nothing they say can be trusted according to your cult. After all, CNN is ISIS. Seriously though, props to CNN for great journalism.

Second, I'll repeat it, no reasonable person can read Trump's tweet and conclude he meant "the FBI wiretapped one of the tenants in Trump tower in concordance with a legitimate investigation". The FBI/Justice Department may have bugged Manafort's line in Trump tower, Trump may have been picked up on it unintentionally, the FBI/DOJ under Obama would've legally authorized it, but that's an absurdly different claim than the one Trump made in his tweets. He followed the one you posted by saying Obama is a sick guy... which implies Trump thought Obama ordered it himself, and he did it with some malicious intent. Clearly Trump didn't understand what was going on.

What I think is reasonable is that, like trump said, Trump tower was being wiretapped. Is Trump completely accurate in everything he said relating to matter? Absolutely not. Was he accurate enough to be perceived to be at least partially right? Absolutely yes.
