this is why you dont listen to children, especially ones that are the victim of a tragic event, on policy. back pack checks and metal detectors have prevented black kids who own illegal guns in this age group at astronomically higher levels, with much more apparent shooting motives given gang activity, from any mass shooting.

The real white privilege is how you deal with minor inconveniences to civil liberties. These kids are a national embarrassment.

you want to ask what gun control measures are being used with this, fine. thats valid. you want to act like you're a prisoner when if convicted of the same crime as a kid who has had this at his school for years you'd get probation while he gets 3-5 years. fuck off. spoiled fucking kids deserve to be a flash in the news cycle and banished to the echo chambers of the internet. the only sad part is this prolongs their time in the spotlight when it should cause the lightswitch to flip.
