all while not raising taxes, cutting medicare or social security aye?

and are those sorts of deals not assigned to congress?

The effects are far more systemic.

Our worker participation is down to 63% I believe? We have next to no manufacturing here. And that doesn't include all of the illegals leeching jobs, tax revenue, and entitlement money.

He's going to fundamentally change the way cash flows in our economy. Tax revenue will go up.

I have a feeling he will end up reforming social security, etc. as well, It may be necessity.

Who is he going to sell all of our assets to?

You would think the Mexican President will be short on cash when he gets down building the 38' wall

Trump townhall on Fox (Greta, the last non-RINO)
All-time high for ad-prices (minus superbowl etc) for this sort of event

Fox hates Trump but loves his money he can generate, just like the rest of the whores probably on the Panama Papers

Manufacturing could have been handled better, but it isn't coming back.

Costs would rise across the board if significant tariffs were levied against Vietnam, China, Japan, and Korea. Given that consumption costs are often fixed (to a certain degree), the impact is going to be felt hardest among the poor.

Its going to increase the amount of people in the middle class and lower the amount of poor people. Its a function that competes with an initially rising price level. Companies have already opened factories here in response to Trump's rhetoric. The real problem is the TRADE DEFICIT, which needs to change before we go bankrupt.

You're also making it sound like those countries don't use Tariffs on us liberally..

I think knowledge is far more important than production in today's day and age.

We would benefit much more from putting money towards educating all the previously factory workers towards better jobs more appropriate for our current market, than demonizing and punishing companies for moving the shitty jobs away from us where they can make things they sell to us cheaper.
