Of course communism/socialism is responsible for all the deaths that happened in communist/socialist countries.
So that means that the same applies to capitalism too! Just the Bengal Famine caused by the British in India alone caused the deaths of between 12 and 29 million Indians. And why? The wheat was exported to Britain because it was more profitable to do so. That's not even counting the rape of Africa, the deaths due to pollution caused by capitalism, the multiple interventions by the US in South America, the War on Drugs, etc etc etc.
Don't be disingenuous and blame a system for the failures of states.
AFAIK capitalism kills around 100 million every decade.
