These clowns must be very fucking afraid if they have resorted to doing this a day after the courts rule that 45th is not immune from criminal prosecution for his disgusting acts leading up to and on jan 6th.

If you remember at all, jan 6th was literally a violent uprising against the governing authority that was tasked with certifying the election.

Insurrection is its own statute, you don't charge someone with assault and then go on to claim assault is murder. I take this as tacit acknowledgment that Trump is not being charged with insurrection.

Insurrection is the attempted, violent overthrow of the government. It's a federal crime. Trump has not been charged with insurrection, ergo it's false to say that he stands accused of trying to overthrow the US government by force.

He was impeached for "incitement of insurrection", and acquitted.

Invoking the Insurrection Act and committing insurrection are two very different things. How are you mixing them up?
