I, for my part, would much prefer Rice to Harris, provided Biden becomes president. Harris is just innately unlikable and has something deeply disturbing and phony about her. She's the living embodiment of the double standards and hypocrisy of the current Democratic party. She's both 'woke' and 'tough on crime' in exactly the wrong areas. I know far less about Susan Rice, except that she has a really impressive résumé. Rice is a DC insider and too much of a globalist for my liking, but she doesnt strike me as a sanctimonious phony like Harris.
Maybe I'm an outlier in this regard, but I'm triggered far more by Harris than by Rice.

Liz Warren is the only good choice. Biden's campaign isn't smart enough to realize it however.
