so still no proof the dems broke the law in getting the FISA warrant? just checking in since it hasn't changed in a few years, you just never know.

There's like 4 different investigations into Russiagate. My sense is that there won't be any strong evidence of malfeasance, but there will be plenty of decisions that propagandists can point to and criticize. The Russian interference and interactions with Trump campaign officials is something that's never really happened before... so the FBI had to make some tough calls.

Maybe Barr has a good faith desire to make sure nothing improper went on, but there's nothing that these investigations can do to change the minds of Trump cultists. The propagandists at Fox News will never stop undermining institutions like the FBI and DOJ.

i quite agree. we're in deep uncharted waters, and the cultists would like to paint this as "just like with Clinton", or grabbing ill-fitting precedent from other federal level investigations. it's a mess, and a new kind of mess. and the main reason i didn't want the investigation to be so open ended at the start, knowing they'd find very little by the end. i knew the investigate the investigators would come after Trump scapegoated a few people, then we'd hear both sides use it as fuel for 2020. "He got away with it" vs "Don't let them get away with it" for an entire election cycle rather than policy. Trump twitter on Pelosi, not policy. I haven't even heard of wall updates in months.

"how do you obstruct a no crime"

well, don, you obstruct due process. the process by which justice occurs, and decides whether or not a crime was committed by the accused.

I can't wait for the "you can't obstruct if there's no crime" narrative to hit the right wing lexicon.

You sure of this? Because when golfing he can take decisions to be able to golf more, at any cost.

at any cost? like staying off twitter and fox and friends and keeping his nonsense between him and kid rock and tiger woods and temporarily not causing the chaos and controversy that he can't help himself from causing and embracing?

yeah I'm all for Trump golfing as much as he wants
