coroner testifies that the first shot took place within 4 feet unless i heard incorrectly. prosecutor clearly didnt like that answer, "is this taking into account that an ar 15 rifle was used", like no dumby, i didnt take into account the gun type at all, i just test 22s and cannons the same way.....

yes it sounded like they were going to try again to pretend KR was a good distance away, despite it being on video with more angles than anyone would ever need.

the guy ended up reinforcing the fact that he was very close to KR when he was shot.
