Props to Patriots fans using their freedom of speech and letting the players know how they feel about Patriot players kneeling. The NFL has a lot to loose here and nothing to gain.

is there any proof that this photo was taken during an NFL match instead of 2 hours before kickoff while fans slowly trickle into the stadium?

Look at the sidelines, can't tell if players are there or not but there wouldn't be that much personnel 2 hours before a game. The 49rs are also pretty bad, so it's no shock that San Fran fans choose some other pass time in the beautiful bay area.

Then I'd help you as a government to make something of your life. Including mandatory applications for jobs, but also cheap courses in desired areas, part time voluntary work if desired and incentives to get back to work and earn more. Because living of the bare minimum is not really fun in this world. Especially in the US btw :P
