The difference is that in Syria there are mountains of video evidence. Mass executions, torture, rape, entire villages wiped out. All filmed by the perpetrators themselves or verified by independent sources.
In Gaza and the West Bank, all you have are rumors, selectively edited clips, and propaganda. If the IDF or settlers were doing anything close to that, there would be endless footage by now.
You cannot compare documented atrocities to narratives built on accusations without proof.
All proof put forward about Gaza is apparently propaganda and selectively edited clips all somehow arranged by Hamas who lives in tunnels without running water, electricity or internet...Highly unlikely.
Israeli Jewish scholars call the Israeli occupation a war crime and their actions now a genocide.
Veterans of the IDF incl 3 chiefs of the Mossad signed a letter to netenyahu to bring home the hostages even if it means ending the war. It's ignored. Tamir Pado a former chief of mossad called what israel is doing in gaza "insane" and that it "accomplishes nothing".
Israel is still refusing independent media outlets to verify the claims that are being made. Israeli soldiers are now coming forward claiming that shooting civilians was done whenever their commanders felt like it and whenever they felt like committing a war crime, one happened with zero consequences. Doctors have come forward that worked in clinics testifying that they witnesses children being shot in the head and torso by israeli snipers and the list goes on and on. You then say bad apples and that people committing these war crimes will be charged. But to my knowledge none have? Israel just bombed, by mistake they say, a clinic where people were getting water. Who was charged there for killing 9 kids?
Now the defence minister Israel Katz will prepare a concentration camp for all of gazas remaining population and prepare them to be exiled from their homes forever and yet you claim this is still not enough to call it genocide or even a war crime.
