The idea of a Civil War doesn't even make sense. Who is going to do the fighting? How will either side distinguish themselves? Where are the battlefields?

I can see a situation where political violence becomes more prevalent. If Trump gets indicted, expect more lunatics to try to target the FBI, and perhaps non-government citizens who they consider the enemy. But that's not a Civil War, and there won't be an equivalent reaction from those outside the Trump cult. In fact, the right-wing violence will hopefully turn off enough voters so that Trump is defeated in 2024.
