This. It always had to be expected that some few young people would also develop severe symptoms. The key question for strategic decisions is how high the share of infected young people without preexisting conditions is who will nonetheless need ICU treatment. A handful of individual cases dont really do anything to answer this question.

That's true, but highly misleading since the vast majority of the Russian population lives in the big cities of their respective oblast/province. This leads to the paradox situation where Russia as a super low pop density overall, but most Russians live in high density places.
