It's not MY claim, it's the Trump legal team's claim. The judge asked if they had any other evidence to present, they said no, then asked for dominions machines to be seized and audited. The judge asked if they had any evidence to justify this, as it's an illegal search and seizure per the 4th amendment without just cause, they presented an affidavit of someone who claimed they heard it was possible. this was ruled hearsay, but even if it was given credence still wouldnt have been enough to seize machines.

(some one making a claim i had drugs in the car. chit like that can cause a hassle if the cops believe them. gets even worse if its multiple people.)
i agree, it is a hassle when people claim things without proof. u dont seem to realize you're arguing my case lol.
in any case u dont seem able to realize basic court functions and til the day you die you'll believe it was just judges scared of BLM or w/e. so im gonna stop, i'll just return once every few days to point out your basic legal mistakes then disappear back into the fold. do me a favor and keep making them, dont ever do any research, it makes it a lot easier on me. thanks in advance.
