i am using the english phrasing. not the legal definition. the quotes are highlighting the points of higher interest.
idk how "expect" is weak. the judges show up to work and expect people are also doing their job correctly.
why are these words "expected" by you to be "strictly" legal terminology? you are literally just picking words at whim and pretending those specific ones "need" to be from a law book?
