Many Japanese people are incredibly racist. Much more so then white people which are deathly afraid of being, or being accused of being, racist.

It's important to remember that Ron Paul and Paul Krugman have different goals when they talk about economics. Ron Paul makes statements aimed at protecting "property rights," while Paul Krugman makes statements aimed at growing the "economy."

Ron Paul's economic policy is great for growing the economy.
Krugman's failed economic policies lead directly into a massive recession. Clearly economic disaster is not growth.

The same could be said of gun control vs gun education, or even spending on ANY other issue that would have a more positive societal effect than the live saved by abuse of guns.

20 kids die in a classroom and everyone goes apeshit, thousands die at home because of lack of food or medical care and people dont even notice.

That doesnt even take into account the $ spent on media coverage that could have had a positive effect through exposure to helpful charities instead of political action groups who spend more money on campaign contributions than actual programs.
