well, what are the rules for trannies and the restrooms? Does simply trying to present as a female gain you access to the restroom? Is it the wardrobe that makes the gender? If a disgusting dude like that did walk into the restroom and claim he identified as female, do you just take his word and it's fine? I don't mean with a camera or anything, just assume he uses the toilet and wants to leave.

My opinion is they should just go wherever they're less likely to cause any commotion, which is whatever gender they look like more.

yea I get that, but what if someone does it to just be a dick/creep? I read something a month ago when this stuff was in the news again where a bunch of guys staged a walk in on female restrooms to protest letting transgenders in, claiming they would just say they are transgender to not find themselves in trouble. I think it was in Washington state.

Honestly I question the idea of gender based bathrooms in the first place.

But keeping those in place, I think just doing what I suggested in my previous post is the most common sense. The would mean these men who probably look like men would have to use the men's restroom. It should be about what you look like not what you identify with.
