Yes, but does that extend to shaming and whatnot? Do you suggest we do the same with smokers? With people who practice dangerous sports? With people who refuse to see a doctor when they should?
Where do you draw the line of how unhealthy a person can be without being the constant target of humiliating, demotivating criticism?
