Can someone confirm if President Biden plan to suspend federal tax has been passed or not? This would lower the gas by 18.4 cents and 24 cents for diesels.

took them about 15 months but the fed and nobel prize winning economists finally admitted there is inflation and they were wrong, although they made a bunch of excuses to weasel out of responsibility.

as to why anyone with a functional brain was able to say hey inflation is gonna get bad about 15 months ago, and leaders of our nation were not, well that’s not important. the 4th of july bbq will be $0.02 cheaper this year so praise your government overlords

Paul Krugman couldn't predict what was going to happen 30 minutes into the future on election day 2016 after Trump won, we can't blame him for not being able to predict 6 months into the future on inflation. His qualifications are the modern version of burning entrails for haruspicy. He's one of the uniquely least qualified people in the entire country to call himself an economist.

Inflation numbers are out!
Good news everyone, we are finally able to rejoice. Inflation is over, prices are receding back to pre-pandemic levels. We're in a healthy deflation period, gas is back under $2 a gallon, rent has plummeted, cost of labor is down but standard of living is up. It turns out that the fed was right all along and inflation was transitory and Joe Biden guided us to an economic miracle with his skilled hands.

Everyone let's celebrate the end of inflation, the best month on record, a great victory for the Biden administration and the saving of America, hoo-rah
